Memorial Christian Academy requires a FACTS draft or payment
in full for tuition. The
tuition amounts and payment information will be added by the
school at the time of your enrollment.
Please print a copy of your completed
payment enrollment form and bring it to the school at your
enrollment appointment..
NO PAYMENTS WILL BE PROCESSED WHEN YOU
FILL OUT THIS FORM.
2. Bring application, $25
testing/processing fee, and the items below to
the school office. Our Physical address is 4001 Trimmier Rd in Killeen near
Ellison High School.

3. If your child is in grade 1st and up, at that time we will schedule a
placement testing. During the wait time we will request your child’s
academic and discipline records from the previous school.
*Please note* Your
child must not have been referred to alternative school, have discipline
problems, or be failing in order to be considered for enrollment at MCA
4. If your child is in MDO, K3, K4 or Kindergarten we will continue
enrollment which includes collection of documents and fees as well as
enrollment in FACTS tuition management system for automatic drafts. Please
bring a voided check for this process. We accept check, money orders, and
cash for fees, sorry no credit cards at this time.
5. At
enrollment time you will be given the opportunity to purchase Spirit Shirts
which are the official uniform at MCA and must be worn every day. Please
plan ahead and order enough shirts, we only place an order 2 times per year.

RENWEB which is our school management
system, a school supply list, school calendar, lunch information and copies
